An initial 90 minute consultation We start where you are right now and look at how you’d love your life to be. You’ll leave this session with more clarity than you’ve had in a long while and you’ll also get the opportunity to learn self-hypnosis, which can be a game-changer as you move forward
Five further 60 minute hypnotherapy sessions, blended with coaching
All the way through we’ll keep measuring your progress against where you want to be, and look at what’s changed for you so that you stay focused and aligned. You’ll enjoy regular hypnosis to support you throughout these sessions.
Ongoing support from me, Monday - Friday each week
I'm here for you, and you can ask me anything you like between our sessions, either via email or messaging app. I'll also check-in with you and find out how you're getting on: I'm here to support you, to motivate you and to hold you accountable. Whatever you need xx

I'm a hypnotherapist and coach for women in midlife who really want things to change, but have no idea where to start.
I support big-hearted women like you, who give so much to everyone else, to gently and powerfully navigate the emotional ups and downs that occur throughout mid-life, especially in menopause.

Here are some answers to some of the most common questions I get asked.
I've heard about hypnotherapy, but what actually is it?
Hypnotherapy combines hypnosis with talking therapy to help create change in any thoughts, behaviours and habits that are no longer serving us well.
Hypnosis itself is a natural and simple process which allows you to fully focus your mind on what’s most important to you in life, free from any external distractions. When this occurs you’re much more open to positive suggestions and insights, and is a fantastic way of tapping into what you have inside - all those strengths and capabilities that you may not even realise exist.
Our time together is very much a collaboration: together we work towards what you really want to achieve. My role within our partnership is to provide you with the space, guidance and support you need as you gently explore new perspectives and create the changes you want.
As a hypnotherapist I can’t make you do anything you don’t want to. You have all the control, and you’ll find you will naturally reject any suggestion which doesn’t fit with who you are and what you want. I don’t have spinny eyes, and I definitely don’t have a swinging watch I promise!
What does hypnosis feel like?
Many of my clients describe hypnosis as feeling familiar and comforting, like so many other times where you are completely engrossed in what you’re doing.
You’re allowing yourself the glorious opportunity to comfortably relax on purpose, which can feel a little like that point where you are maybe just about to nod off on the sofa but not quite. You remain completely able to hear and sense what’s around you; you can go and answer the door if you should need to, for example.
Isn't hypnosis all mind control?
Whenever the word ‘hypnosis’ is used, myths and misconceptions will surely follow. Often the biggest myth is that your mind is being controlled by someone else, perpetuated by popular media.
In reality, hypnosis is actually about YOU taking back your control: back from those racing thoughts, uncomfortable feelings and outgrown habits and behaviours. The truth is, it’s all about you learning to trust in the extraordinary power of your own mind so that you can then make those changes that you once thought were out of reach.
Can you guarantee this will work for me?
I always give the best of myself within the work I do, and I promise to do the same for you. Guaranteeing specific results, though, is outside of my scope. Every woman is unique, and so your outcome is very much about your commitment to being open, ready and willing to engage with me during our time together.
Will this work online as well as it does in person?
Yes, absolutely. The process is exactly the same, except that you get to be somewhere comfortable of your choosing. Many women prefer it, as there is no need to travel anywhere; it can be especially helpful if you are struggling a little with anxiety, as you have complete control over your environment which can be a valuable first step.
What if I need more sessions than this?
Hypnotherapy can be effective in a relatively short space of time, although there may be a need for further sessions if you feel you want to address additional issues. In this situation we will chat this through during our time together, allowing you to choose whether to extend your programme.
